I have heard people say “If you love something let it go, and it was meant to be, it will come back to you.” Every time I have heard that story I couldnt help but scoff at it, after all they are most likely trying to console me from a recent break up. With Lizzy and David hower, this is EXACTLY what happened.
I remember speaking with Lizzy about her wedding, we were chatting about albums and story telling and how she is the Art Director for a childrens book published and we proceeded to completely nerd out on printing and paper, but she went in to tell me how her and David had dated years and years ago, but for various reasons had grown apart and both gone in different directions after highschool and college.
She told me when they reconnected it was like fireworks erupting around them, and in the blink of an eye it was like they had never taken one moment apart. It was such an amazing love story, and watching them during their ceremony was such a treat. When they were proclaimed Husband and Wife, before David could even get to the “You may now kiss the bride” Lizzy was bouncing up and down in pure, uncontainable, excitement.
